Roberto H. Rodriguez, DPM, FACFAS

Director, Podiatry Clinics at Texas Diabetes Institute
Dr. Rodriguez has completed residency and an additional year of a reconstructive foot and ankle fellowship under the direct supervision of Dr Thomas Zgonis at the UTHSCSA. His professional interests include foot and ankle injuries, diabetic Charcot reconstruction and soft tissue coverage of the diabetic foot. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor within the Department of Orthopaedics / Division of Podiatric Medicine & Surgery and is actively involved in teaching, research and clinical trials. Dr. Rodriguez is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and Board Certified in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
